Cute bag 👜 … not-so-cute neck & shoulders 🤷🏻‍♀️

It’s not just about the type of bag it is
or where you place it…

One shoulder lifts.

Finding your glutes can be harder then it sounds, we've met a lot of clients who thought they were engaging their glites correctly, but actually weren't engaging them really at all.

At Powered by Pilates we know the importance of strong glutes in everyday movement, if you are interested in learning how to use all "four" of yours we're here to help.
