Get strong and focused during your pregnancy to help prepare you for labour and birthing! This variation of chair pose (see photo) helps get strength in the legs if you would like to have an active labour. The ability to hold the pose while breathing through any intense sensations in the thighs is physically, mentally and emotionally challenging and can help you stay focused through contractions.
Join our Wed night yoga class for some time out just for you to meet other mums, get strong but also to de-stress, relax and stretch away any tension.
Find some balance in your pregnancy with a class to meet your needs! Do as little or as much as you feel depending on your stage of pregnancy.

Join us from July 14th for Mums & Bubs Yoga. From 12 weeks post partum up until your baby is crawling, come and enjoy some stretching, releasing and strengthening poses. We mix up the class with stretches just for mum, some poses that you can do with your baby and then some baby massage/poses with songs and rhymes.
Meet other mums and enjoy a cuppa and a chat afterwards.

Experience Thai Yoga Massage to ease away tension. A unique blend of yoga stretches and pressure point massage performed on floor mats.
This massage begins seated so the therapist can roll tension away from the neck and shoulders (see photo). The upper back and chest then receives a stretch follwed by an all over back massage. Next, you lie down and your feet and legs receive the treatment! There is a side position sequence to release hip tension follwed by arms, shoulders and finally head, neck and face massage.
Deeply relaxing and fully supported by the therapist. Most clients even have a snooze...
