Aerobic Gymnastics is a fast-paced and exciting sport combining gymnastics skills and dance moves, pushing athletes to their limits.
Aerobic Gymnastics routines are choreographed to showcase an athlete’s highest level of strength, flexibility, agility and balance and are performed on a stage in front of a panel of judges.
