✨ Think yoga isn’t for you? This course was created with you in mind. ✨

Maybe you’ve been curious about yoga for years.
Maybe you’ve thought about walking into a class, but worried you wouldn’t be flexible enough, fit enough, coordinated enough, or that your body wouldn’t “look like it belongs” in a yoga studio.

If that sounds familiar, our Curvy Yoga Course might be exactly what you’ve been waiting for.

Led by the wonderful Mandy, this course is designed specifically for people living in larger bodies who want to experience the benefits of yoga in a supportive, welcoming, and genuinely inclusive environment.

No pressure.
No comparison.
No expectation to keep up with anyone else.

Just practical tools, thoughtful modifications, and a teacher who understands that yoga should adapt to the body in front of it, not the other way around.

Over four weeks, you’ll learn how to move comfortably and confidently, use props to support your practice, explore breathwork and relaxation techniques, and discover that yoga is about so much more than touching your toes.
It’s about feeling better in your body.

Many students tell us they spent years thinking yoga wasn’t for them, only to discover that all they really needed was the right space, the right teacher, and permission to begin.

Mandy brings warmth, humour, compassion, and a deep commitment to helping every student feel seen, supported, and capable. Her classes are filled with encouragement, real-life practicality, and the reminder that you don’t need to change your body to start yoga.
You just need to start.

🗓 Starts June 12th, 2026

If you’ve been waiting until you’re fitter, more flexible, more confident, or “ready” enough, consider this your sign.

Your body is welcome here.
Right now.
Exactly as it is. 💛

Tag someone who needs to hear this, or send them this post. Sometimes the hardest part is taking that first step.

Arriving to misty paddocks, crisp winter air, birdsong drifting through the trees, and a warm cup of herbal tea waiting in your hands.

A whole day with nowhere else to be.
No rushing.
No notifications.
Just space to exhale.

Held on the tranquil grounds of Temple Retreat in Pullenvale, The Gentle Reset is a nourishing mid-year pause designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and refill your cup.

Together with Mandy and Kayla, you’ll be guided through gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation, journaling, restorative practices, and practical tools to support your nervous system long after the day ends.

Expect soft blankets, warm company, wholesome food, quiet moments in nature, and the kind of rest that lingers long after you leave.

A day to reconnect with yourself, gently.

Sunday July 12
Temple Retreat, Pullenvale
10am – 4pm

Places intentionally limited. If your nervous system has been asking for a softer pace, this may be your sign to listen.

🚑 A moment to give back to those who give so much

This Thank a First Responder Day, we’re offering a free community yoga session with Luke Luttgens, created especially for first responders to pause, breathe, move, and reconnect.

Whether it’s physical tension, mental fatigue, stress accumulation, or simply the constant demand of always needing to be “on”, this session is designed to support nervous system recovery through mindful movement, breathwork, grounding practices, and connection.

Luke’s teaching is shaped by a decade in the military, training in psychology, and years of traditional yoga study. His approach is practical, accessible, and deeply human, offering tools that support resilience not just on the mat, but in everyday life.

No yoga experience needed.
No pressure to perform.
Just space to arrive as you are.

After class, we’ll share tea and conversation together, creating time not only to unwind, but to connect with others who understand the unique demands of these roles.

🗓 Sunday, June 7th 2026
⏰ 10.00 am

Life can feel full sometimes.

Full schedules.Full minds. Full calendars, inboxes, expectations, conversations, responsibilities.

And while we can’t always change the pace of life around us, we can create moments within it to breathe, move, soften, and reconnect.

That’s what Stretch is here for.

A space to arrive exactly as you are.
To move your body with intention.
To release tension you didn’t realise you were carrying.
To feel supported, grounded, energised, restored, or simply a little more like yourself again.

Some days your practice might feel strong and dynamic.
Other days it may simply be one deep breath and a long exhale.

Both belong here.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practising for years, our hope is that when you walk through our doors, you feel welcomed, held, and reminded that you don’t have to do life at full capacity all the time.

This is Stretch 💙

✨ Yoga for Busy Minds ✨
with Kayla

Do you ever feel like your mind is running faster than the rest of you?
Constant tabs open.
Always thinking about the next thing.
Struggling to properly switch off, even when you finally stop moving.

Kayla’s upcoming workshop, Yoga for Busy Minds, is designed as a soft landing place for exactly that.

Blending mindful movement, grounding breathwork, gentle nervous system practices, and deeply restorative moments, this workshop is an invitation to slow the mental chatter and reconnect with yourself beneath the noise.

Expect calming practices that help release accumulated tension from the body, settle an overstimulated mind, and create a greater sense of steadiness and ease.

Kayla teaches with warmth, compassion, and an understanding that yoga doesn’t require perfection or performance, just a willingness to arrive as you are. Her classes beautifully balance softness and strength, offering space to breathe, feel, and reset.

This workshop may particularly support you if you:
• Feel mentally overloaded or emotionally stretched
• Find it hard to switch off or rest deeply
• Spend your days caring for everyone else
• Crave calm, grounding, and spaciousness
• Want practical tools to support your nervous system in everyday life

You’ll leave feeling clearer, calmer, more connected to your breath and body, and hopefully with the sense that you don’t need to carry quite so much all at once.

Nicky’s back! ✨

And honestly, we couldn’t think of a better time for it.
In a world that feels increasingly fast, full, overstimulated, and disconnected, these practices, of skilful touch, deep rest, nervous system regulation, meditation, and meaningful connection, feel more important than ever.

We’re incredibly excited to welcome Nicky G back to Stretch in 2026 to lead two deeply enriching Post Graduate Yoga Teacher Trainings:

✨ Held in Motion
A 10hr Immersive in Assists & Adjustments

✨ The Space Between
A 20hr Meditation & Yoga Nidra Training

For those who’ve trained with Nicky before, you’ll know his offerings are so much more than trainings. They are thoughtful, embodied, intelligent spaces that invite you to slow down, listen more deeply, and refine not only how you teach, but how you relate, practise, and move through the world.

These trainings are designed for yoga teachers wanting to deepen their skills, confidence, and understanding, but they’re also profoundly valuable for dedicated students of the practice. Whether you’re wanting to learn the art of safe, respectful touch and assists, or explore the transformative power of meditation and Yoga Nidra, these immersives offer practical tools that feel deeply relevant for modern life.

And perhaps that’s part of their beauty.
When life feels busy, expensive, and stretched in every direction, not everyone has the capacity for lengthy trainings or another huge commitment. These are rich, accessible “nugget” trainings, packed with wisdom, experience, and immediately applicable teachings, while still leaving space for life.

Both trainings can be completed as standalone offerings, or contribute toward a 300hr certification pathway.

If you’ve been craving inspiration, refinement, reconnection, or simply the opportunity to learn from one of the best, this is your invitation.

We have a feeling these will fill quickly. Find out more, via the link in our bio 🤍

✨Have You Met Kayla? ✨

Kayla loves witnessing what yoga gives people in the moment, whether that’s a sense of joy, relief, ownership of their body, or simply the chance to pause and breathe. She describes it as a privilege to hold space for those moments, and anyone who has practised with her knows exactly what she means.

One experience that deeply shaped the way Kayla teaches was the first time she chose not to follow every cue in class, and instead listened to her own body. What felt rebellious at first became freeing, and reminded her how empowering choice can be within practice. It’s why she now teaches in a way that honours autonomy, intuition, and confidence, encouraging students to trust themselves as much as the teacher in front of them.

After class, Kayla hopes students leave with “a sense of contentment, empowerment or greater connection to themselves.”

Her advice for anyone beginning yoga:
“Your yoga practice will evolve and change over time, just as you do.”
Some seasons call for sweaty movement, some for deep rest, some for five quiet minutes of breath. Yoga can meet you exactly where you are.

Outside the studio, Kayla finds joy in nature, sunshine on her skin, the sound of rain, and those simple moments that bring us back to earth.

You can practise with Kayla each Monday at 6am (Hatha), or join her for her upcoming workshop:

Yoga for Busy Minds: A Mid-Year Reset
Sunday May 24, 10am–12pm
A beautiful offering for anyone feeling mentally full, overstimulated, or in need of a reset before the second half of the year begins.

And, just quietly, behind the scenes, she also has something very special coming in July. Stay tuned ☺️

The lotus doesn’t wait for perfect conditions to bloom.

It rises through murky water, rooted in the mud, reaching steadily toward the light.

A quiet reminder that growth can happen in imperfect seasons too.
Even when life feels messy.
Even when progress feels slow.
Even when clarity hasn’t fully arrived.

We often imagine growth as something obvious, dramatic, and easy to recognise. But sometimes the most meaningful unfolding is subtle.

The boundary you’re learning to hold.
The courage it takes to begin again.
The small ways you’re learning to trust yourself.

What is quietly trying to bloom in your life right now?
Not the loud kind.
The real kind.
The slow, steady kind.

Sometimes the most beautiful transformations are the ones no one else can see 🪷
