Coach Heather mixed it up tonight with a fun and engaging warm-up game!

Our athletes worked on timing, musicality, teamwork, and listening skills while having plenty of fun. Learning the beat of the music and moving together as a team are important parts of developing strong performances, and tonight’s session was full of energy and smiles. 💙🖤

Fantastic start for our Birkdale State School athletes at their first ever FISAF Sport Aerobics competition. We were so proud! Well done 💙💛

What a fantastic weekend at Super Series 1!

From first competition experiences to personal achievements, team spirit, and plenty of fun along the way, we are so proud of every athlete who stepped onto the competition floor.

There were smiles, friendships, lessons learned, and lots of cheering as we supported our teammates and celebrated each other’s successes. Every performance is a chance to grow, and this weekend provided valuable feedback that will help us continue to improve.

Success isn’t just measured by medals; it’s measured by courage, determination, resilience, and the willingness to keep striving to be better than yesterday.
