Our 1:1 sessions are about giving girls the time, attention and guidance they need to build on their rugby skill set.

These sessions are opened to girls aged 8-16, at any experience level - whether they’re just starting out or looking to take their game further.

Available across the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane.
