We’re turning 10 🤍
What started as Xtend Barre St Lucia has grown into the form&flow we know today, a space built on movement, connection, and community.
To celebrate, we’re bringing everyone together for a special 10 year celebration.
Clients past and present, you’re all part of this story.

You might notice a few small updates to our reformer classes on the timetable.
Reformer Pilates (multi level) is still the same class many of you already attend and enjoy, a balanced full body reformer workout with options to progress or modify exercises depending on how your body feels that day.
Our Intermediate Reformer classes also remain on the schedule for those who enjoy exploring some of the more challenging exercises in the reformer repertoire.
We’ve also started introducing a few Reformer Pilates – Strength classes. These focus on slower tempo work and a little more resistance to help build strength and control.
You’ll also begin to see some Reformer Pilates – Foundations classes, designed to build confidence and strong technique on the reformer.
And one more small addition… you’ll now see some Sunday afternoon reformer classes on the timetable.
This was actually my daughter’s idea, she wanted to do a class at that time and that others might enjoy it too, so we decided to give it a try.
As always, if you’re ever unsure which class might suit you best, just ask one of us in the studio and we’ll happily guide you.
