On Wednesday 27th September at 4:48pm we welcomed π Parker Alexander π to our family, weighing 3.48kg (7lb 11oz) and 52cm long π We are all doing well, settled in at home and enjoying every precious moment with our little boy, we are so in love π₯°π₯°

Can't believe the time has come around so fast! This Saturday will be my last day before heading off on maternity leave π₯²
I am so grateful for all my wonderful clients. Thank you so much for showering us and our little one to be with so much love and support π©΅
Gareth & I are so excited for our next chapter to begin and can't wait to introduce our little boy to you all once he arrives π₯°π₯°π₯°

Crisp Monday Morning Walk - what better way to start the week?? πππ
I always find going for a walk or run is one of the best things I can do to calm my mind π§ββοΈ
Most of the time I put my music in, zone out and just be in the moment, breathe in the fresh air and take in my surroundings πΏ
Other times, when my mind is a little cluttered, I will use the time to process my thoughts, plan out my week and think about my current and future goals π

"Don't wait until you are breaking to have a break"
I saw this quote the other day and it couldn't be more true. I am the first to admit I don't follow this as much as I should and will push through rather than let my body rest. There is ALWAYS going to be something to be done but we need to remember to prioritise tasks and that includes REST.
In preparation for our upcoming 12wk Challenge we took ourselves to our favourite place Straddie for a couple of nights to recharge before kicking off this Saturday.
Our health is so important and if we are constantly running on empty, somethings got to give. Sometimes all you need is a bit of extra sleep, a day without housework, taking time out to do something you enjoy - the smallest change can make the biggest difference. Look after your body and it will give you your best days yet π
