At Helping Hands in Broadford town,
The best Pilates crew around, hands down.
With laughter, grit, and wobbly knees,
We stretch and plank and try to breathe.
Weāre fit, fabulous, (and maybe over fifty),
Though getting off the floor can be shifty.
We may yell āLisa!ā when the burn begins,
Or groan at Georgia through determined grins.
As we pulse and shake and eye the door.
But never Genevieve, Anique or Chelsea ā no fuss,
Those smiling assassins are too sweet for us.
We arrive a bit cranky, full of daily frustration,
Then leave standing taller, restored by rotation.
