WellFit Personal Training

Today has been a big day at WellFit. After giving 13.5 years of his life to this company, a couple as a trainer and then 11 as the owner and man in charge of our Warners Bay studio. One of our OG's .stuart.coaching has just finished his last day with us.

Anyone who knows Dan, will know he would have much preferred to just "smoke bomb it", but we couldn't let him finish up without acknowledging the immense impact he has had on all of us. He is the ultimate professional, and has inspired so many clients and aspiring trainers over the years by being a positive example, and an incredible influence on their lives.

He's off to purse a new career and we couldnt be happier for him. We will definitely miss him around the place.

Thanks for everything mate. 13.5 years is such a long time to have shared your energy and passion for all things fitness.
Every one of us is better off from what you've given us.

The last week has been a huge chapter in the Wellfit story.

We made the difficult decision to close the doors of our Warners Bay studio after 11 amazing years, recombining trainers, clients and equipment into our Broadmeadow location.

While we are sad to end the Warners Bay chapter, we are beyond excited to be able to provide this amazing private training facility.

WellFit is well into our 15th year in business and we've never stopped trying to improve the service and environment we provide our amazing and very loyal clients.

This post shows a video of the new gym floor, and a few photos of the many changes and upgrades over the years. The modest Adamstown beginnings, to the place we now have the privilege of working from every day.

We hope our clients love it as much as we do.

Last night was a vibe!

Mark came to WellFit post seeing his GP and being diagnosed with high LDLcholesterol.
Since then he has lost body fat, build muscle, got his LDL cholesterol back into a healthy range and feeling 100 times better! No looking back now!

End of an era at Wellfit this week with finishing up with us after 6 years, to embark on his new career as a dietician.

He has been our favourite punching bag, both figuratively and literally, copping shtick from clients and staff alike, while failing miserably at his attempts to comeback with something witty.

He has also been one of the most reliable and competent staff members we've ever had, and always went out of his way to help without being asked. It's a rare quality and never went unnoticed. Just dont let him clean your windows..........

Our loss is NSW health's gain, and we all wish Chris the best in his new career.

We'll definitely miss you around the place mate. Very grateful for 6 years of support and friendship.

Celebrating another awesome year with our Wellfiters! 🎅🏻🎄

We've got the crew from training with us and this month we set the challenge for them to use the stairs at work, instead of the elevator. Their office is level 6 of the T & G building in Newcastle. Check out the tally's and some of the amazing efforts from the team - 80+ from multiple people and everyone having a crack even with some physical limitations making it harder for them.

Next month's challenge is who can do the most steps....... Can't wait to see the results!!
