Cricket NSW are calling for expressions of interest for Representative Coach Courses to be delivered in 2026. We are currently planning three courses (two Metro and one Regional – possibly two) to be delivered between late May and July.

The Representative Coach course is best suited to those Coaches that are closely connected to cricket in their respective regions and are keen to progress their understanding and learning of Coaching in the Youth Championship, Pathway and/or Grade Cricket spaces.

About the course:
The course is currently a 2.5-day face to face requirement, coupled with a number of online modules to be completed prior to the face to face element. I have included an overview of the course content below:

What you will learn;
✅Coach development
✅Developing players
✅Identifying talent
✅Exploring coaching philosophies
✅Technicalities of scoring runs and taking wickets
✅Principles of teaching and learning
✅Coaching safely
✅Managing stakeholders
✅Ongoing program development
