From 10 August, Coach360 goes live in PlayCricket Learn – Australian Cricket’s new community learning platform.

Designed to support volunteers across a range of roles, PlayCricket Learn will become the home of learning, resources and development across community cricket.

CAREERS FOR GIRLS IN SPORT - SEMINAR SESSIONS
With women’s sport growing rapidly, there’s never been a better time for girls to explore the many pathways available in the sport sector. Working in sport isn’t just about being a coach or player – there are lots of opportunities to work in the industry. In this seminar, you’ll hear from current female staff working at Cricket NSW about their roles and what their day looks like. You’ll be able to ask questions to see if this career pathway is for you.

Most of our parents, coaches and spectators do the right thing every single weekend. That is the real standard at NJCA, and this season we are holding it.

Over the next few weeks we will share what that looks like for parents, for coaches, and for the umpires who make our game possible.

And reminding everyone that junior cricket belongs to the kids who play it.

📣2026 ClubGRANTS Category 3 Infrastructure Grants is now open!

Eligible not‑for‑profits, schools and local councils can apply for $50,000–$300,000 to build, upgrade or fit‑out community infrastructure that supports sport and active recreation across NSW. ⚽🏀🏉💪

Eligibility snapshot:
• Not‑for‑profits that operate or maintain the infrastructure
• Schools (projects must be accessible to the public outside school hours)
• Local councils (must cash‑match funding and can only apply for council‑owned infrastructure)
Funding can support projects like sports centres, playgrounds, recreation spaces and swimming pools.

Funding is available for:
🎭 Arts & Culture Infrastructure
🛡️ Disaster Readiness Infrastructure
⚽ Sport & Recreation Infrastructure
🏡 Community Infrastructure

Applications close 17 August 2026.
