Newcastle Parkour

We are a parkour school located in Newcastle Australia. We teach the fundamentals of parkour and offer a range of classes for kids, teens and adults.

What is parkour? Parkour is the discipline of "reaching" or "escaping" by moving through your environment as quickly and efficiently as possible. We teach students how to jump, vault, climb, balance and apply these techniques in various environments.
