Why did you become a PT: My background in Rugby League, weightlifting, becoming a qualified personal trainer and completing a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science at UTS has opened the doors for me to help others to accomplish their goals and improve their physical, functional and mental health and wellbeing.
