Don’t overcomplicate glute day.

Keep the structure simple: start with your bigger compound lifts, move into targeted isolation work, then finish with 10–15 minutes on the StairMaster.

It’s effective, easy to follow and gives you a clear plan before you even step onto the gym floor.

Feel like your glute training has stalled?

It might not be about doing more, it might be about doing it differently.

Strong glutes need more than hip thrusts and a good program should include movements that load the glutes in different ways, build activation, and progress over time.

Stretchers: RDLs, Bulgarian split squats, deep squats
Activators: Hip thrusts, glute bridges, back extensions
Pumpers: Band walks, abductions, frog pumps

Every class is designed to challenge you, support you and help you move in a way that feels right for your body. That means working at your own pace, choosing the options that suit you and focusing more on how the movement feels than how it looks. We offer three Reformer class styles:

Control – Beginner-friendly
Flow – Intermediate
Athletic – Advanced and dynamic

Note: Athletic classes are best suited to experienced members who have completed at least 10 Flow classes. View the latest timetable via our website.
