What started as a group of friends training in a backyard, has grown into one of Sydney’s favourite gyms. While we’ve changed throughout the years, our goal has always been the same – to help members build functional health and fitness in a positive community environment. LONG WEEKEND MOOD 🤩
Quick reminders
- New equipment incoming this weekend , there will be slight disruption to the DIY/PT area but we promise it will all be worth it
- If you wish to do your own training feel free to use TCG level one outside of the rehab class time (7am Saturday morning)
- Classes on as usual rest of the weekend, with limited classes Monday
- Race day sim is 80% this Sunday 8am
- Our friends at are doing their 20k for 20k swim-a-thon on Monday 8th to get involved email [email protected]

FRIDAY IS DELIVERY DAY
Our PT/DIY area is getting an overhaul, refresh & much needed glow up, all for our TCG members & PT business owners to enjoy
Expect a little bit of disruption in the PT/DIY area this weekend starting from Friday afternoon.
All classes aren't affected, its all normal timetable, but anyone wanting to do you own DIY workout or PT work please feel free to utilise upstairs on TCG level one outside of the rehab class times ( 7am Saturday )
Don't forget long weekend hours Monday - bring mate to the 8am for free
It will all be worth it come Tuesday morning 💪🏽💥

Tomorrow (Monday June 1st ) we start our new training block STRENGTH PEAK
You can expect a build over the four weeks to a maximum effort & we will be incorporating some speed & power work
A BLOCK | will be your main compound lifts ( squat, dead, bench & row)
B BLOCK | will involve some plyometric and jumping movement patterns
Its been great to see progression over the first half of the year, let’s continue this build & finish strong 💪🏽
