On Saturday I was both humbled and honoured to be presented with a 10 year service award coaching with the North Coast Academy of Sport. It’s a privilege to coach for the academy and continue to mentor the next generation of golfers through the Golf Development Program. Regional academy play such an important role in developing our athletes and giving them a pathway to become not only world class athletes but just great humans. It was bitter sweet receiving this award without my assist coach Steve Ryan by my side, RIP Gibbsy

Congratulations Tyler on winning your first professional event at The Heritage Golf & CC (St John) on 27 April 2026 — a fantastic milestone and well deserved. Proud of the work you’re putting in and where it’s taking you. Keep up the great work, mate 👏🏆

So proud of Elly Petrie and all she continues to achieve. Elly winning the Australian Women's Long Drive event in Brisbane and qualifying for the World Long Drive Final in Reno this October is incredibly special. 💥⛳

What people see is the 235m winning drive and the result… what I see is the work behind it, the discipline, commitment, and quiet determination Elly brings every day. She’s worked hard on developing speed and power as part of her golf, and it’s fantastic to see that translate onto a world stage.

What makes this even more exciting is this comes as Elly prepares for her next chapter playing college golf in Texas. A huge milestone, and so well deserved.

As a coach, it’s rewarding to see a player trust the process, keep growing, and embrace opportunities like this with such confidence. Elly has a very bright future and I couldn’t be prouder to be part of the journey.

Congratulations Elly — Reno awaits. 🇦🇺🔥
