🍌🏊‍♂️ ARE YOU EATING ENOUGH?

Training hard is only part of the equation. Are you giving your body enough fuel to keep up?

Flinders Phoenix Swimming is excited to welcome Ali Miles from Fuel School for a FREE webinar exclusively for our swimmers and families.

Ali is an Advanced Sports Dietitian and Accredited Practising Dietitian with more than 20 years of experience in high-performance nutrition, working with athletes from developing juniors through to Australian Olympians.

During the session, Ali will help swimmers and parents better understand how much energy growing athletes need to support everyday life, growth, training, recovery and performance.

We’ll also explore the signs that a swimmer may not be eating enough, plus practical ways to build meals and snacks that properly fuel busy training schedules.

📅 Wednesday 9 September

⏰ 7:00pm
