Join us for a special Squad Skills Workshop focusing on starts, turns, and underwater skills. These small technical details can make a BIG difference to your swimming 🚀

🏊Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Junior Squad swimmers

This session is designed for swimmers who are keen to sharpen their skills, improve their technique, and find those extra little gains that can help take their swimming to the next level.

Stick around after the workshop to enjoy a sausage sizzle with your fellow squad swimmers 🙌

Please note that Dolphin & Gold squads will run from 6am - 8am, and Silver & Bronze squads from 8am - 9am each weekday morning.

With years of experience, dedication, and a genuine care of every swimmer, Viki is an integral part of our Learn to Swim program. We are so grateful for everything she brings to the pool and for her passion in helping the next generation build confidence and learn the fundamentals of swimming 🌊🏊

We’re especially excited to watch our incredible Dolphins take on the world and proudly represent the Green and Gold. Your hard work, dedication, and commitment have inspired swimmers of all ages, and we will most definitely be cheering you on every step of the way! 💚💛

If you are keen to watch our Aussie swimmers in action, you can catch all the swimming live and free on 7plus. Swimming heats begin from 7:30 pm AEST, with the semi-finals and finals session starting from 4:00 am AEST!
