🎀 LET’S TURN REDEFINE PINK! 💗

This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we’re coming together as a community to raise awareness and support our lovely client Cheryl with her fundraising efforts! 💕

On Tuesday 27 October, we’re inviting everyone to wear a little (or a lot!) of PINK to class! Join us for a morning tea at both our Buderim and Maroochy Waters studios from 7am. 🧁 Come along for your usual class, stay for a little treat and a chat, and help us support a cause close to so many hearts.

💗 WANT TO MAKE A DONATION?
We’ll have donation buckets at both studios for anyone wishing to contribute. If you don’t have cash, you can also donate online via asking our friendly team at reception.

Before Pilates → tired, flat, stressed, busy head.

It’s not just in your head.

Movement can boost endorphins and support dopamine and serotonin, helping with mood, energy and that feel-good feeling after class.

But we think there’s something else in it too.

Two years of Redefine 🤍

This one’s a little longer than our usual posts… but after wrapping up our birthday celebrations today, I wanted to take a few minutes to reflect on what the last two years — and particularly this last year — have meant to me.

Growing from one studio to two. Growing our team. Raising a young family. Trying to be a good partner, mum, friend and business owner, while somewhere in amongst all of that remembering to show up for myself too.

It’s been a big year. A beautiful one, but a big one.

And today was one of those days that reminded me to stop for a moment and actually look at what we’ve built.

Because Redefine isn’t the studios, the Reformers or the classes on the timetable.

It’s the people.

It’s the friendships that have formed. The conversations before and after class. The instructors who genuinely care about the people in front of them. The members who keep showing up, even when life is busy and they’re being pulled in a hundred different directions.

And it’s hearing the stories of what movement — and this community — has brought into people’s lives.

So if you’ve got three minutes, this is a slightly longer and very heartfelt thank you from me. 🤍

To our members, our incredible team, our families and everyone who has been part of Redefine over these first two years — thank you.
