We’re proud to get behind Hive Activ and their upcoming Youth Development Camp, running 7–9 October for young people aged 10–18 years.

This three-day camp is about much more than simply getting stronger. It’s designed to help young people build confidence, discipline, fitness and positive training habits, while having plenty of fun along the way.

REMINDER: JUNIOR PRESENTATION DAY

We are excited to invite you to our Junior Presentation Day on Saturday, September 26, 2026!

Please read the important details below to ensure the day runs smoothly for everyone.

Event Schedule.

Please arrive 10mins early for presentation so we can ensure we run on time.

Under 5, 6, 7 & 8
Presentation: 8:00 AM – 9:15 AM
Motiv8 Activities: 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM

Under 9, 10 & 11
Presentation: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Motiv8 Activities: 11:15 AM – 12:45 PM

Under 12, 13, 14, 15 & 16
Presentation: 11:30 AM – 12:45 PM
Motiv8 Activities: 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM

Important Information

This is a pre-organised event for registered players only.

Unfortunately, unregistered siblings will not be able to participate.

Parents do not need to stay during the Motiv8 sessions but must return on time to collect their children at the end of their session.

Parking:

Please park only in designated areas within the club grounds. If parking on the street, be mindful not to block driveways or access points.

Food & Drink:

Our Canteen will be open, and Mr Whippy will be available throughout the day for purchases.

Coaches & Managers

Collect your team’s envelope from the designated table on arrival.

If you cannot attend, please assign a parent/carer to collect the envelope and notify us in advance at [email protected]

Each envelope will contain:

1 x food voucher per registered player who RSVP’d (includes sausage sandwich, drink & ice cream), plus one each for the Coach and Manager.

1 x armband per registered player (used for team allocation during Motiv8 – must be worn).

If a player attends without having RSVP’d, please go to the designated table to collect their voucher and armband.

What to Bring
Hat
Sunscreen
Joggers
Change of clothes (Motiv8 includes water activities)

Optional: Chair or picnic blanket for parents to relax and enjoy the day

During the Presentations please remain seated and keep noise to a minimum so that everyone can enjoy the special moments being celebrated.
