Time to Breathe and release

The body knows what it needs to release whether we are aware of it or not.

If we are aware of it we can help it release in what ever way helps up feel less pressure in the body, like exercise, fishing, meditation, driving,

If we don’t listen or if we ignore it, it will eventually come out in unhealthy ways like frustration, anger, emotional outbursts, physically i.e. fighting, punching, breaking things.

We don’t always want or need to talk about it and depending how much is built up some of us may not even know how to talk about what they are feeling inside because it is so intense but no matter what the reason we do need to release it!

Today my body was giving me cues that it needed to release and let go of built up energy, this time of year it tends to build up for me which I am aware of and have done other things in the past to relieve the energy. Let’s say some have been healthy and some not so healthy in the past.

Today instead of ignoring it and pushing through my busy day in the lead up to get everything done for Christmas Day tomorrow, or reaching for the booze (like I used too) to take my mind away from the built up energy so I could keep going, I stopped what I was doing and took an hour to do a guided 9D Breathwork Reset Journey.
I put on my headset and hit the play button. Listening to the guided journey and doing the conscious connected breathing technique my busy mind was able to stop the over thinking allowing my body to safely release it’s built up energy.

I now feel calm, not overthinking, my energy has shifted and I’m able to go about my day feeling focused all through consciously connecting with my breath and allowing my body to do what it knows it needs to do in a safe and healthy way.

Discovering breathwork and learning about how the way I’m breathing can positively and/or negatively affect me has been the game changer for me!

Becoming breath aware and changing my breathing, I’m able to change my state of mind in a matter of minutes, change my energy levels and so much more.

My life 12 months ago to now is so very different and I have breathwork and self awareness to thank for a lot of it.

I’m grateful to have discovered and learned to appreciate my breath.
