Cricket Catholic education was first established in Bunbury by the Sisters of Mercy in 1883 in St. Joseph’s School. Francis Xavier’s Boys School.
In 1954 the Marist Brothers arrived and opened St. In 1972 the Bishop of Bunbury decided to amalgamate the two schools into a co-educational Catholic College. As a result Bunbury Catholic College opened in 1973 to cater for Catholics around the Bunbury region.
