Term 2 begins this week. Training begins at 6pm for all eager and interested self-defense enthusiasts! See you on the mats!

"Sweep the leg!"... it has many memes... respect to the original though! 😅 But as we discover, sometimes it's not that easy until you pay respect to the steps that build towards the manoeuvre 🥋. Our students are currently working to that end, working on their syllabus material, but don't let that stop you checking us out. There are always other things to go on with if you aren't planning to grade🎗. 😁 See you at the session!

The Senseis, our fellow ukes (training partners), and the Dojo should all be respected and taken seriously. 👏 Whether it's because we are each committed to putting our bodies in the firing-line when we train 🤜, to show respect to the progress and inspiring efforts of our higher belts,🤛 or because IRL events we train for will be serious. 👊 ... Doesn't mean we can't make a joke or 3 on the mats... from time to time. 😆

Term 4 is upon us and we are one week down already. Thursday nights at 6pm, 33 Mary St South Bunbury. Welcome to join any week of the term, beginner or experienced.

Term 4 is upon us!🥋 This is a note for potential Ju Jitsu practitioners but also a reminder for current Koshin practitioners!! 🏋Fitness is extremely important, remember to keep up with your fitness 🤸‍♂️ and reaction times across the breaks or between sessions... or your 9 year old could take out both you and their siblings in one clean throw of a vortex ball! 😅

Koshin Kempo Jujitsu is now on a two week break, tomorrow night and next week. We look forward to getting back on the mats October 16th!

Tonight and next week are our last two sessions for this term, then a two week break. You can join us at anytime during an active term. See you on the mats!
