Sofía started practicing Pilates 6 years ago, and fell in love with the movement from her very first class.
What she loves most is that it’s low-impact, yet incredibly effective—it helps tone your body while strengthening key muscles and improving your posture.

Sofía‘s classes are designed to be moderate to intense, so you’ll definitely feel your muscles working and when she uses the jumpboard, you’ll get that extra burst of cardio we all enjoy!
