Hey guys, we are looking at running a ladies only box fit class on Saturday mornings once our relocation is complete.

What a week at the 2023 School Championships. Super proud of Rocky and Seanadh Leigh McEleney who handled the experience like seasoned athletes.
After Rocky bowed out he he took advantage of the opportunity to spar some of the best young boxers in the country gaining experience you cannot buy.
Seanadh finished the tournament with one win and one loss proving she belongs with the best girls in the country. Unfortunately Seanadh tweaked her hand again limiting her opportunity for sparring but the experience was priceless. Well done team I know you’ll be back stronger than ever 💚🖤💚🖤

Day 1 recap.
Rocky was first up for us boxing against QLD. It was an exciting high paced bout with both boys landing some good shots. Unfortunately Rocky was outworked slightly dropping a decision. We are super proud of your performance Rocky 💚 Rocky is hungry and can’t wait to get back in the ring.
Seanadh started the second session in style dominating her opponent over the first two rounds and controlled the distance in the last to come out on top in a clean display of boxing. Seanadh takes on the reigning Champ from last year in her next bout. One down two to go 💚
