I need a brand new scrunchie right now πππ.....do you ever catch yourself doing that?

Silence it. The lies we tell ourselves are the best lies told! How easy we are to manipulate when it is us doing the manipulating.
Later then usual gym sess today and yep took a couple of goes- Iβll be honest, just one of those slow start, low motivation spaces. We human, we all get them.
But you know what? Consistency and discipline is what pays. The nuts and bolts that keep the show running when the sexiness of that taste of motivation wears off.

Late finish for Friday.
Priorities- training and footy, multi tasking at its finest ππ
A one hour workout is 4% of your day.
Adding more cardio for that endorphin kick and aiming to improve my CV fitness.
Iβm a list maker and I love nothing better to tick those bad boys off- goal achieved!
Small steps baby! Each workout is a triumph, each positive choice is a win.
That extra litre of water? Win!
Taking more time to stretch out or warmup properly? Win!
Moving after being so sedentary? Thatβs a win!

This isnβt the leanest this body has been.
Or the fittest.
Or the strongest by any means.
But its definitely the happiest itβs been for a while..... falling back in love with movement and committing to the consistency of training again. The want to feed her good nutrient dense food. Getting addicted and getting accountable to making her feel good- body and mind, getting that taste to chase goals down. Modest they may be but mine to conquer all the same.
Pretty damn excited to be feeling myself again.
Ruts are a bus stop, they arenβt meant to be for the rest of your life.
