Ok Bunbury Bootcamp crew, I have something new for you.
It’s the FastAF-10
I need ten recruits to spend the next ten weeks working towards and simple but straightforward set of fitness and strength goals.
There is no aesthetic element, I repeat, no before and after pics.
Just you vs you getting to be a faster and stronger you.
