It's time we normalise women owning the full magnitude of their multidimensional wisdom.
And using it to create movements, wealth, impact and change bigger than themselves.
Because some women are done making their body of work more palatable.
Done making their thinking easier for the world to digest.
Done trimming the edges from an idea they know could change something because the rooms around them aren't ready to see it yet.
You're allowed to be ambitious without becoming an ice queen.
You're allowed to feel so deeply your chest hurts because the impact you create is equally as important as being recognised fully for it.
You're allowed to be intellectually hungry for conversations that are bold, electric and stimulating whilst challenging your core.

She’ll spend another twenty minutes finding the exact words that will leave the room feeling activated.

And yet, someone who loves her and has been watching her endlessly ‘perfect’ every detail for four hours will eventually say:
‘Your standards are too high.’
So you pull back.

Three things a business strategy or plan can’t give you: Curiosity. Intention. Aliveness.
Curiosity is seeing beyond what already exists and into what else could be possible.
Intention is choosing what matters and giving it form.
Aliveness is living fully inside what you choose and build.
Not waiting for the business to finally be ‘ready’ to support the life you want - building from a place that allows you to live more of it now.
A strategy can show you how to build your business model.
It cannot give you the foundation you build it from.
That comes from you.

Women in business are told a lot about the importance of getting into the ‘right rooms’.
Yesterday, Senga Cree | Exponential Living & Business gave me a very unexpected reason to think about that differently.
She shared six women she believes are worth watching in 2026.
I was curious, obviously.
When I swiped and found myself among them.
That alone was incredibly heartwarming. To be seen alongside women building such different, interesting and incredible bodies of work is something I won’t brush past.
But what really stayed with me was what Senga saw.
She reflected back the woman I had already decided mattered to me, before all of it is fully built, polished or proven.
And it made me think about how much we see the online business advice oversimplify proximity.
They talk about the room as though being admitted is the win.
It isn’t that simple.
The same conversation can expand one woman’s entire view of what comes next and barely register for another.
The same opportunity can become a turning point - or simply another thing she attended.
There’s something else at play.
Swipe through, because this is the part of the ‘right room’ conversation I think established women in business are rarely encouraged to consider.
