'side project business'. Seeing bikes find a new home instead of being scrapped or landfill is a joy. I mainly refurbish or restore kids bikes or single speed bikes. I am always on the look out for bikes too that I can refurb or restore depending upon your requests. Painting can be either rattle can, 2 pack or powder-coating depending on your preference and budget. I rattle can paint here in-house and arrange 2 pack or powder-coating as needed. Any bike I paint myself is also clear-coated. I also have a variety of new parts that can be added if certain parts of a bike are beyond repair. I can also order them in if not in stock. I also like to 'support local' so can buy local too if you prefer. All depends on your budget. Prices are worked out based on your requests. I have a rate-card/price list I work from. Most bikes I refurb or restore are commission jobs. Simply contact me and describe your requirements. I also have a little form that makes telling me what you want very easy. I also work on bikes to sell online. I can also be commissioned to restore bikes. Rust removal is done via a few processes including Electrolysis when needed. PMB Dry Stripping, Re-Chroming or Chroming, Anodising and any other process can also be arranged. OG or NOS parts can be added if located or reproduction parts and sourced. Reproduction Stickers/ Decals can also be ordered. If you don't want a custom restore I can also do a full 'showroom quality restore' to bring vintage, old-school, mid-school bikes as well as older bikes (pre-1970's) back to life. Also if you have bikes you want to give away or sell please let me know. I am always looking for bikes. One speed adult bikes are fine too and/or certain geared bikes.
