Team member Mason made the trip north to the Fitzroy River chasing barra and threadfin salmon. The fishing was tough, but he still managed to find a couple of nice fish before hightailing it down to Lake Monduran on the way home.
A quick stopover certainly produced the goods, boating 5 fish from 7 hooked!🔥
Mason also took the opportunity to put the brand new Irukandji Apache through its paces. A purpose built strolling soft plastic unveiled at AFTA 2026, and safe to say these things are going to be an absolute killer at Lake Monduran! 👀 These are due later this year so keep an eye on our socials💪
