TUESDAY | NO COACHING
Our coach is out of town for important medical reasons, so there will be NO coaching this Tuesday.

Instead, the track will be open for FREE Track Time from 3:30pm – 5:30pm.

FREE Track Time: 3:30pm – 4:30pm
Coaching: 4:30pm – 5:15pm
AGM: 5:30pm – 6:30pm

THURSDAY
Track Closed

FRIDAY | RACE NIGHT
Noms open: 5:30pm
Noms close: 6:15pm
Racing: 6:30pm

⏱️ FRIENDLY REMINDER: CHECK YOUR TIMES ON OURSQORZ

With lots of new riders and families joining us, here’s a quick reminder that OurSqorz publishes hill and lap times during racing.

Between motos, riders can return to their parent or caregiver and check their times on their phone. Times should appear shortly after each moto, so there’s no need to wait until the break or the end of racing.

During racing, our Registrar is busy with the official administration and timing of the event. If they are available at the time, they may be able to help riders find their times; however, this isn’t always practical while racing is underway.

This is particularly important for our younger riders to understand: helping individual riders find their times between motos is not the Registrar’s only—or primary—role.

TRACK CLOSURE NOTICE

Bundaberg BMX Club will be closed this Saturday from 9:00am to 2:00pm due to a private event.

The track will not be available for general use during this time.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

🌾 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR AGROTREND! 🚜

Agrotrend—Bundaberg’s iconic rural lifestyle and farming show—is on next weekend, and Bundaberg BMX Club has a fantastic opportunity to raise funds for our Club by getting involved.

We need volunteers for the following:

* Friday 11 September – Manning Exhibition Gates

7:00 am–11:00 am — 2 volunteers
11:00 am–3:00 pm — 2 volunteers

* Saturday 12 September – Manning Exhibition Gates

7:00 am–11:00 am — 2 volunteers
11:00 am–3:00 pm — 2 volunteers

* Sunday 13 September – Pack-down Working Bee

Approximately 9:00 am–1:00 pm
3–4 volunteers
Helping to take down signage and fencing, plus a general tidy-up

**Sunday is flexible—even if you can only spare an hour or two, any help would be greatly appreciated!

This is a valuable fundraising opportunity for our Club, but we need our wonderful members and families to help make it happen!

Please comment below or message the Club with the day and shift you can help with. Let's all work together and be a part of this great event.

Just a friendly reminder regarding the use of our timing system.

We’ve noticed the timing system has been turned on during coaching sessions. Please remember that timing is not to be used for coaching.

The timing system is only to be turned on for official gates and racing sessions from 5:30pm onwards, and it should only be activated by:

• The person running the gates session, or
• A Bundaberg BMX Committee Member

There are costs involved every time the timing system is switched on, so we’re trying to make sure it is only being used when required.

If you’re unsure whether timing is needed, please check with a committee member before turning it on.
