Client Result:

First client: He lost 6.7 kg in 12 weeks, an average of 0.55 kg per week! A perfect pace for maintaining energy levels while achieving sustainable results. He’s still pushing forward, but I’m already proud of his progress!

Second client: Body composition transformation. she’s built muscle, strength, conditioning, and confidence! Now, she’s ready to take her gains to the next level. The biggest progress I’ve seen? Her lifestyle has completely changed!

This is what FLX Fitness believe

We will never teach something we haven’t personally experienced or tested ourselves.

It’s important to read, listen, and discuss with others, but many people have knowledge without application, they don’t practice what they preach, they don’t demonstrate it, and they don’t truly teach it.

It’s easy to repeat something you’ve read, but have you actually tried it? Have you tested it?

Keep on pushing until you achieve your goals! Winter is tough, the bed is nice and cozy to stay in for an extra hour. If you feel like you’re dropping off, sit down with yourself, pen and paper and reevaluate where you are and where you want to be in 6months.
