After much thought and consideration, I have come to the difficult decision to close the studio. This is not a decision that I have taken lightly, and it has been a challenging one for me.
The reason behind this decision is personal, but I want to assure you that it was made with a great deal of care and reflection.
The studio will officially close on Friday13th December 2024. If you have any unused credits or pre-paid sessions, please try and use them up. There is a few changes to the timetable Tuesday 9.30am yoga flow, Thursday 9.30am yoga flow have been cancelled.
I want to express my deepest gratitude for your support and dedication throughout our time together. This studio has been a special place because of students like you, and I will always cherish the memories we have created here.
I hope we can stay in touch, and I would love to hear about your future achievements. If you ever need advice or just want to say hello, don’t hesitate to reach out. Thank you again for being a part of this amazing journey.
First and foremost, I want to take a moment to thank all of you for being such an important part of our studio. Over the time we have spent together, I have had the privilege of watching each of you grow, learn, and achieve incredible things. It’s been a rewarding journey for me as much as it has been for you.
Let’s make the most of the time we have left together, and I look forward to seeing you all in our remaining sessions.

The old adage "love conquers all" has been repeated for centuries, but what does it really mean? Does love really have the power to overcome any obstacle? In some cases, the answer is clearly yes. Let your thoughts marinate in your mind. Allow them to stew. Don't rush to judgement. Don't rush to conclusions. The more you allow your thoughts to marinate, the more you will be able to weigh the pros and cons of each decision and make the best choice possible. When you rush to judgement, you are more likely to make a mistake. You are more likely to regret your decision later. So take your time, think things through carefully, and let your thoughts marinate.
