First intermediates class (Wed 11th) for Titans Muay Thai Gym! Intermediates will run, skip, warm up and shadow box while the general class is on. Once the general class is finished, they will suir up for rounds of sparring/clinching, followed by rounds of padwork and bagwork. Then finish off with bag drills such as multiple kicks with each leg and alternating knees ...all in all, about 2hrs of training. This class is ideal for members just looking to take their training to the next level or those that seriously want to fight and represent Titans Muay Thai Gym at competition level 🤜💥🤜💥
