Today marks the final shift at The Bowlo for our Operations Manager, Camilla, as she heads off to take on an exciting new role at a larger venue! 🎉

We’re incredibly grateful for everything Camilla has brought to the Bowlo — her knowledge, experience, hard work and plenty of behind-the-scenes magic that keeps things ticking along!

While we’re sad to see her leave, we’re excited to see what’s next for her and wish her nothing but the best in her new role. 👏

WE’RE HIRING – BAR SUPERVISOR

Bundeena Bowling & Sports Club is looking for a friendly, reliable and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team.

We’re a busy little community club with a great local crowd, live music, families and plenty happening across the weekend.

WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS ESSENTIAL

This position requires regular availability EVERY Friday, Saturday AND Sunday, every week.

You must be available to work a combination of DAY AND NIGHT SHIFTS across all three days. If you are unable to commit to working across the weekend on an ongoing basis, unfortunately this role won’t be suitable.

The role includes:
• Supervising the bar and supporting our bar staff
• Being hands-on and serving customers alongside your team
• Providing great customer service
• Opening and closing the club
• Cash handling and general bar operations
• Ensuring RSA, RSG and club procedures are followed
• Keeping the Bowlo running smoothly during busy periods

Previous bar or hospitality experience is essential, with supervisory experience preferred.

✅ Current NSW RSA & RSG are essential.

This is a hands-on supervisory role. You’ll be on the floor and behind the bar with your team, serving our customers and leading by example throughout your shift.
