I built my business from the bottom up, by facing every single thing in me that was terrified of being seen.

Chasing clients who weren’t meant for me. Hiding when I shoulda been showing up. Undercharging because I didn’t believe I was worth more yet. Exhausted all the frickking time.

NONE of it was a strategy problem. It was ENERGY - I mean duh right, I work in an energetic business of course energy is everything . Old wounds, old vows, old versions of me still running the show. 👋

So I sat with all of it. Cleared it. Moved through it. Used all the tools and techniques I had learnt.

And now I GET to never ever set an alarm clock ⏰ honestly do you know how amazing that is for my nervous system. I get to only work part time and get to be with my daughter on days most have to send them to daycare, I live in a stunning property near the beach.

I get to enjoy slow living - why? Because I knew I was worth it and I cleared anything that did not resonate with that. I rest when I want. I don’t answer to none and the abundance just keeps flowing in because I removed the blocks.

What an absolute pleasure it was offering my magic & medicine 🪷🌅 SUTRA 🌅🪷 SUTRA Elements left with a full cup & heart ❤️

There is somethin so sacred about the festival world. A gathering of wild hearts, free spirits, barefoot wanderers, n beautiful souls coming together to celebrate this extraordinary human experience.

Healing don’t always have to happen lying on a bed, in meditation or through the depths of our shadows.

Sometimes healing looks like dancing barefoot beneath the stars 💫 💃

Sometimes healing is losing yourself in the music, only to find yourself again.

Healing is lbelly laughing, spontaneous connections with strangers, & allowing your body to move without, judgement or expectation.

Dancing is medicine.
Music is medicine.
Connection is medicine.
Expression is medicine.
Play is medicine.
JOY is medicine.

There is something profoundly liberating about giving ourselves permission to be wild, weird, playful, expressive & unapologetically ourselves.

To awaken the inner child who simply wants to dance, explore, create, laugh & experience the magic of being alive.

To remember that spirituality isn’t always serious & so it shouldn’t be, we are allowed to be both, we are allowed to be multidimensional. OUR healing journey isn’t only about what we need to release, but also about everything we came here to experience.

The pleasure. The freedom. The wonder. The beauty of being embodied, connected & ALIVE.

Perhaps some of the most powerful medicine is found in those moments when we stop trying to heal ourselves and simply allow ourselves to BE. 💥

So grateful for the beautiful souls, the open hearts, the music, the magic and the opportunity to weave my medicine into a space that celebrates freedom, authenticity and human connection.

May we never lose the wild, playful, free-spirited parts of ourselves that came here to dance with life. 🌸🦋

Life itself is the ceremony. And joy is sacred medicine. 🪶🙌🏻

Also … the second alcohol allowed festival that I went to without touching alcohol & guess what? I had the BEST time.

My heart is so full and overflowing with love and gratitude. 🥹❤️

I had the absolute honour of holding a Baby Blessing for 1 of my best friends & soul sisters, my beautiful J , who is carrying my little soul niece or nephew. 🥹

To be able to honour, celebrate & hold her was something I will treasure forever.

And to collaborate with the beautiful LUXURY DOME EVENT HIRE AUSTRALIA Luxury Dome Experiences Sydney to create a truly magical, premium luxury experience made it even more special. ✨

I’m so excited that this is something we will be offering together moving forward, where luxury meets sacred ceremony & every detail is thoughtfully created to ensure the mother feels deeply loved, nurtured & celebrated.

Because somewhere along the journey of bringing a baby into this world, we often forget that a mother is being born too.

Pregnancy, birth & postpartum are some of the greatest initiations a woman will ever experience.

Her body changes, her identity shifts, her relationships evolve, and so much of who she once knew herself to be is transformed.

There is beauty in this becoming, but there can also be grief, vulnerability, uncertainty & the surendingg of old identities.

And this is why I am so deeply passionate about this work. Holding women through life’s greatest thresholds, transitions and rebirths.

Perhaps because I know personally just how much it means to feel truly supported during these enormous changes.

I believe women deserve to be witnessed, honoured & held through their becoming.

To have a space where they don’t have to be strong, give, perform or hold everything together. Where, for once, they get to be the ones receiving.

Where their sisters gather around them, reminding them of their beauty, strength and the village standing beside them.

Jess, thank you for allowing me to hold you in this sacred chapter. I love you endlessly and cannot wait to meet this beautiful little soul. ❤️

May we remember to celebrate not only the babies being born, but the mothers being reborn alongside them. 🪶✨

There are moments in a woman’s life when she is no longer who she once was but yet hasnt fully met the woman she is becoming 🌹

Motherhood is one of the most profound of these initiations.

Her body is transforming, her priorities are shifting, her relationship with herself is evolving, and an entirely new identity is being born alongside baby growing inside of her.

I know how tender this threshold can be.

My own pregnancy was a time when I often felt alone and very unsupported & fearful, emotional and that experience has given me an even deeper reverence for the importance of women holding women.

Because imagine entering motherhood surrounded by soul sisters who see you.

Who celebrate you.

Who honour the woman you have been, the woman you are & the mother you are becoming.

Who remind you of your beauty, your strength nd your innate wisdom.

This is the heart of a Blessingway. ✨🤰

A sacred gathering where the mother to be is nurtured, anointed, blessed and showered with love.

Where she is given permission to soften, to receive, to be vulnerable and to feel the strength of the sisterhood surrounding her.

And this is the work I feel so deeply called to.

To walk beside women through their greatest initiations. Through the endings, the beginnings, the identity shifts and the sacred spaces in between.

To create spaces where women feel safe enough to drop their armour, to surrender to their becoming, knowing they do not have to navigate these transitions alone.

Because there is something profoundly healing about being witnessed in your becoming.

And every woman deserves to feel deeply loved, seen, celebrated and held as she steps into the next chapter of her life. 🤍🪶
