We are very excited and proud to announce the championship of our Div 4 team competing in IHV during their inaugural season in this league

The Griffins won the grand final 4-0 with a massive effort from everyone on the team, we can gladly say that you’ve earnt this win and we are proud of you all

And thank you to for all of the work that went in for the La Trobe Griffin’s to have this amazing opportunity to play at IHV

SOCIAL SKATE UPDATE!

Hey Guys! Our Social Skate will be running again today but the time has changed from 4-6pm due to the Ice Hockey Finals that are playing this weekend, we highly recommend coming down to watch them!!

Last night’s Div 3 Blackhawks vs Div 4 Griffins, showdown was one for the ages! With the Griffins coming away victorious in a 4-2 win 🥇 The game was hard fought every step of the way

have been a gracious and supportive host club for the La Trobe Griffins’ inaugural IHV season. We thank them again for bringing us on board and hope to make them proud this upcoming finals season 🤍 🖤 ❤️

Last night we hosted our yearly Griffins Christmas scrimmage thank you for everyone who turned up and thank you to everyone who has supported the club this year, we wouldn’t be here without you!

We hope everyone has had a great holiday and has an even better 2026 🦅🎉🥳

La Trobe University Griffins in affiliation with Blackhawks Hockey Club are proud to announce the launch of our inaugural IHV Team!
La Trobe will be fielding a single Division 4 team (Aka: Feeder B/ E Grade/ Division 2) for the upcoming summer season.
Fees are currently TBD however, will be similar to current rec league fees. Roughly 6+ guaranteed training sessions throughout the season for maximum development.

Hey All! Next skills camp is the 4th of October , we loved seeing you all for the last one, and we hope to see some new faces and definitely some returning ones.

One half of the ice will be figure skating skills, the other half will be power skating for hockey players.

Hire gear will be provided, as well as our fantastic coaches and some existing Griffin's! Please arrive at 4pm to get fitted into gear and to get ready.

$20 entry for existing La Trobe University students $30 entry for non students
