This weekend we’re celebrating 100 games for Steph Castagnini‼️🤩

Casta joined the Trobers in 2016 and over the past decade has become one of the most influential players to pull on the red and black.

A Premiership player and fierce competitor, she’s the type of player who is always looking for ways to improve. Casta’s trademark is her confidence to use either side of her body, while encouraging her teammates to do the same.

What really sets Casta apart though is her standards. She holds herself to a high level and leads by example in everything she does. Whether it’s training, game day or recovery, she’s always looking for ways to improve and get the best out of herself. Over time, that mindset has had a huge influence on the group and helped shape the standards and culture we’re proud of today.

Behind the competitor is an incredible teammate and person who cares deeply about this club and the people in it. ❤️🖤

This week we celebrate 50 games for Lachlan Pike!!

Joining the Trobers in 2023 Lachlan Pike has been a consistent performer right from day 1.

After starting his journey out as a small forward, before transitioning into clearance winning midfielder, Pikey has constantly put the team’s needs ahead of his own. This attitude has seen him spend the past couple of seasons in the leadership group, with this season being elevated to one of the Reserves Co-Captains.

After 3 and half seasons of hard work Pikey saw himself make his senior debut last weekend, just another indication of this hard work and consistent effort being rewarded.

And let’s never forget the amazing goal from deep in the pocket against Elsternwick in 2023. 🙌🙌
