Adrian started with me 4 years ago, with little to no mobility. Too the point lunges were a no go due mobility. It’s amazing to see Adrian move through movements that were once a struggle.

Can’t wait to see what the rest of 2023 has in stored for Adrian and what goals he’ll achieve.

Holli smashing out reps in her full body workout. We super setted everything and got the whole body burning!

First Leg session in the gym and this girl is seriously strong. Getting her doing Trap bar deadlifts for the first time. Safe to say her technique is already on point

These 2 smashing out a cardio session. BOY was it fun getting them back into the gym and chucking more exercises at them. I even got my first F*** you 😂🤣that took almost a year an a half.

This girl came to me not being able to squat. Now look at this girl she is now doing deadlifts. Her technique has come such a long way, and I cant wait to see what she can achieve as her technique continues to improve.

Still operating 2:1 sessions even when back the gym. These 2 girls are smashing every session with a massive smile on their face no matter what I put them through. Cant wait to see what these girls can achieve.

Being back in the gym has brought out all emotions but sera on the decline bench doing crunches would be my favourite 💪🏻

First week back in the gym!!! Safe to say the least it was a very successful week. So glad to be back working in the gym, and I think all clients were more than pleased to be back working in the gym. .fit.pt

Can’t deadlift when the glasses fall down. Must fix them half through a set 😂😂.

However technique is on point throughout all her sets and makes sure that every rep and set is given 110%

Bring it on when we can deadlift with proper weight plates back at .fit.pt studio

Mother Nature has given us some glorious days for outdoor training but some haven’t been the best days. But that doesn’t stop from working hard in every session.

Day something of outdoor training! Lost track of the days, but enjoying the sunshine while being outdoors ☀️

not only smashes out a full body workout, but had already done a workout in itself before his session as he rode his bike from home as a warm up 🚴🏻‍♂️
