As several of our valued committee members are stepping down due to changing personal commitments, we’re looking for new volunteers to join the committee and help lead the club into another fantastic season.

If you're considering getting involved, you'll be well supported. We are committed to providing a comprehensive handover, along with ongoing guidance and mentoring, to ensure you feel confident and prepared in your new role.

Even if you're not interested in joining the committee, we encourage all members to attend the AGM. Your attendance demonstrates your support for the club, gives you a voice in its future, and helps ensure we continue to provide a positive experience for all our athletes and families.

All athletes that compete and complete the relevant event at the Region Cross-Country Carnival, are eligible to compete at the 2026 State Cross-Country Championships at Lake Dewar on Saturday 15th August.

The Registrar plays a vital role in welcoming new and returning families to our centre and helping ensure athletes are ready to hit the track each season.

No previous experience is required, and training and support will be provided. If you're organised, comfortable using a computer, and enjoy helping people, this could be the perfect role for you.

As we prepare for another exciting season, there will be some changes within our committee, and we are looking for enthusiastic parents and community members to help support the club's future. With plenty of exciting plans in the pipeline, your ideas, skills and support can help ensure another successful season for our athletes and families.

We offer a variety of volunteer roles to suit different interests, skills and availability. Some positions can be managed entirely from home, while others are more hands-on and involve supporting our Friday night competitions. Many roles can also be shared, making it easier to contribute in a way that works for you.

Our committee meets monthly via video call in a relaxed and friendly environment, and it's a great way to connect with other families who are passionate about supporting local athletics.
