Hi everyone, I have made the tough decision to take a step away from coaching for a few months. As many of you know I have recently had twins (well not me but my wife haha). As it turns out having two newborn babies is a lot of work. Between all the work looking after them and all the work so that I can afford everything they need I’m pretty rundown. It’s because of this that I’ve decided to take a short sabbatical. I’ve been coaching parkour for many many years now and it’s something I love. But running a community and coaching is also a lot of work for one person. This has been weighing heavily on me for sometime now and it’s time for a short break. I’m still going to be training regularly and I hope all of you do also I encourage you to use the page and group to organise training and catch ups and I hope this can be a period of personal growth for everyone, after all parkour is very much a personal journey. I’m going to work on improving my skills and I look forward to seeing how much everyone of you have improved in a few months. Again this is not a good bye, just a seen you soon.
