🎾 CHRIS DICKER ‘TOO EASY’ MONDAY NIGHT COMP GRAND FINAL🎾

That’s a wrap! What a fantastic night of tennis to finish off another great Monday Night Competition, with the Grand Final and 3rd & 4th Play-Off. 👏🎾

We were delighted to have Kiz Dicker with us to present the shield and medals 🩷 It’s always special to remember Chris Dicker, who is forever in our thoughts and continues to be remembered through this competition.

🏆 GRAND FINAL WINNERS
Congratulations to the Love All Legends — Leigh, Kimberley, Ness & John — who defeated Smash & Giggles to take out the Grand Final! 👏🏆

🥉 3rd PLACE
Congratulations to the Serve Stormers, who defeated the Baseline Bandits to finish in 3rd spot.

Well done to all teams — another great competition filled with plenty of tennis, laughs and good times! 🎾🙌

A quick shout-out to two Ace Active Tennis students, Josh & Ayce, who did the double today 👏🏽

Not only did the boys team up to win their Junior BDTA Grand Final, but they also went head-to-head against each other in the WGTA Winter Senior Grand Final - all on the very same day 😮‍💨🔥

These boys are putting in the work week in and week out, so it’s fantastic to see them being rewarded with a little sprinkle of success. They’ve both come a long way and should be extremely proud of what they’re achieving.

Well done, boys! You’re doing us and the Bunyip Tennis Club really proud 💪🎾

The BDTA is super excited about this weekend’s Grand Finals! 🎾 We’re really looking forward to having everyone together at PRTC and soaking up the amazing Grand Final atmosphere.

One of the great benefits of hosting the Finals at PRTC is that everyone can be in the same place and enjoy the day together. To help accommodate everyone and ensure matches are completed within a reasonable timeframe, the BDTA Committee has made the decision that some rubbers will commence with singles first, while others will commence with doubles first. We appreciate everyone’s understanding and flexibility as we work to make the day run as smoothly as possible.

PRTC will be open from 7.20am tomorrow & 7.45am on Sunday morning for any players who are looking to get in a solid warm-up hit before their matches 🎾

We’d really appreciate it if our Junior Coordinators could please relay this message to their players.
