Well done, to these community members participate in a free Tai Chi class, by the beach, also known as ‘meditation in motion’.
Movement doesn’t need to be highly demanding to promote better health. A walk, bike ride, or a Tai Chi class are simple was to get moving!

Excited for the upcoming change of season, I welcome back my winter favourites for local harvest, Avocado’s, Navel oranges, pumpkin (soup season) and broccoli!

Winter is fast approaching in the southern hemisphere, and my body has given me messages, so I’ve made changes in my training, to reflect the changes in seasons.

The KSI 2025 Camp in Brisbane was unique and diverse in experiences, it’s not just about reps and sets!
1. KSI coaches helping rugby athletes with, flexibility and speed development. Watching the master do his work
2. Taking a break with Sandy, he was ‘the star of the show’ and worked closely with us during camp. (More on that to come)
3. Working with a tri discipline KSI, motorbike athlete, (trials, motocross and enduro).
4. Australian cultural experiences, campfires, enjoying great company, and the natural environment of the South east QLD hinterland.
5. If you made it this far, I saved my personal favourite till last….
Graham Heffernan, a distinguished figure in the Australian (and North American) rodeo scene, renowned for his contributions as a bull rider, and Australian Horseman. His career, spanning the 1970s and 1980s and influencing others in the industry in the following decades.
Grahams presentation on communication through feel with horses (and humans), was extremely special…. More on that in my weekly newsletter!
