DesmoSport Ducati Australian Superbike Championship Ducati team created by Ben Henry & three-time world champion Troy Bayliss out of Cube Performance Centre.

The DesmoSport Ducati team was formed in 2016 by the 2001-06-08 World Superbike champion Troy Bayliss and former Australian Superbike racer, Ben Henry. Winning the 2019 Australian Superbike Championship (ASBK) with 'Mad' Mike Jones, aboard the Ducati Panigale 1299 Final Edition after replacing an injured Troy Bayliss. DesmoSport Ducati went on to foster rising talent Oli Bayliss throughout 2020 and 2021 alongside Mike, before departing for Europe in 2022. Lead rider Broc Pearson now races the DesmoSport Ducati Panigale V4 R, looking to secure the 2024 Australian Superbike Championship.

DesmoSport Ducati Set to See #21 on Superbike
Once More.

In what can only be described as an unexpected series of events over the last few weeks, Desmosport Ducati is set to add a 21 to the Superbike once more with five-time ASBK champion Josh Waters joining the team for the 2027 season.

Olly Simpson, expected to contest his first full superbike season with the team, has been forced to undergo surgery to repair an off-season injury that will
see the South Australian sit out the first round of the new summer championship, set to be held alongside MotoGP at the iconic Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit this
October 23-25.
