Cos of scheduling conflicts (actually I made an impulse booking to see John Edward - he’s that psychic medium who used to be really famous and it clashed with a scheduled Tuesday pop up) there wont be any Tuesday classes for about 3-4 weeks 😭

Mildly relieved that we weren’t forced to play that baby shower game where you have to sniff the melted chocolate on a diaper and guess what it was without dry retching.

So Jess’s bun is nearly baked 🤰so we gave her a proper mojo send-off to her favorite dance fit track at her last class before her tiny human arrives 🥹🫶🏽 Jess danced right through her pregnancy, so we’re expecting little baby to shimmy on out 💃

We love you Jess! 🩵 Enjoy these last few nights of uninterrupted sleep before your minime makes their grand entrance🕺We can’t wait to meet our littlest Mojo dancer!

Had a bin fire of a day.
Went to dance.
Left feeling significantly more mentally stable.
Would recommend.

So I guess we’re adding Afro to our Dance Fit rotation 🤸🏽‍♀️ I wasn’t sure what to expect cos you guys have been waaay more keen for RnB & Latin Fit, but you sold us out again (THANK U 🥹) and we had a m***a freaking banging good time. 100% doing this again.

Thank you everyone for coming, to the new gals who took a big step outside their comfort zone and our regulars who always bring the energy and support for these classes 🫶🏽🙏🏽 Dancing with you guys is the biggest god damn glimmer ✨✨ you have no idea 🫶🏽💃

Holy sh*te, the news cycle is heavy.

I’ve been staying off social media a bit more than usual cos it’s good to have a break from the algorithm punching you in the face every time you open the app. I’m not one to put my head in the sand or to minimise what’s going on but seriously, it’s overwhelming and right now, I don’t even know where to direct the million emotions sitting in the pit of my stomach. It’s beyond overwhelming.

We really need to find the glimmers.

Choreo Club is not your normal dance fit class. It’s a fun ass club where you get to learn the steps to our fav dance fit tracks. We’ll break the choreo down step by step, teach you the moves and help you build QUEEN levels of confidence to kill it in class ❤️‍🔥
