It’s one thing to say you’re about action, but these warriors live it. They’re up before the sun and ready to own the day.
When most are taking it easy, they’re out there setting the pace and getting it done.
They don’t wait around for chances to come knocking - they kick doors down. They’re not hoping for results, they’re making them happen. It's all about strategy, strength, and sheer willpower.

Grit Pursuit WOD "Half Murph"
Warm up:
- start with a 400 meter jog
- 10 Pull-ups
- 10 Push-ups
- 10 Squats
WOD: "Half Murph"
- 800 meter run
- 50 pull-ups
- 100 push-ups
- 150 squats
- 800 meter run (with 12kg vest)
Cool down:
- 400 meter walk
- full body stretch
- 10 minute's on the foam roller
Notes:
Attempt to keep all of your rest breaks to a 2 breath rest only, keep yourself in the uncomfortable zone and smash this workout. A good time is around the 15 minute mark.

Small victories will speed you to success, whilst long term goals can create to much work for a busy brain.
Be aware that failure mirrors success, by focussing on five negative things u will be driving in the wrong direction.

The most scientific explanation of what a comfort zone is relates to anxiety levels. Any type of behaviour that keeps your anxiety levels at a steady low would be your comfort zone.
Imagine something you do all the time, like cooking dinner, driving to work or watching T.V. Everyday activities that your used to won't make u feel anxious or uneasy!
So what if you went out of your way to create the same repetition of the things that scared you the most. What sort of confidence would you have?
Like anything you can condition yourself, you can begin to master your reactions to things like anxiety.
Watch as the more you conquer in that zone, the more you become confident, the more you become hungry for challenges and more you action in life.

Grit Session – “The Hot LZ”
Equipment needed:
Pull-up bar that is a minimum of 6” above your arms at full extension
Note:
Don’t ignore the full body stretch at the end if you want to complete tomorrow’s workout in a good time.
Warm up:
• 10 minutes of dynamic stretching
• 1 x 800-metre run
• 20 x squats
• 20 x push-ups
• 10 x pull-ups
Work capacity training: “The Hot LZ”
• 50 x burpee pull-ups
• 1 x 1600 metre run
• 50 x burpee pull-ups Record your time
Volume training:
• 5 sets of 25 crunches (125 in total)
Cool down:
• 400-metre walk
• Full body static stretching
