Kicking off today, we shift our focus to maximising performance ahead of testing! Using everything we have built on from Phases 1 & 2, to develop our strength and conditioning and maximise our performance for our Phase 3!

🔥MEMBER OF THE MONTH🔥
Our January member of the month is a well known face around our gym, Steve aka Jonesey!
Steve has been with us for many many years and is well known for cracking a joke mid set with a smile on his face. Steve loves a bicep curl (even on the cardio days)! He’s daily attendance (especially throughout January) is outstanding and it doesn’t go unnoticed! 🙌🏼
* Why do you love F45 Burleigh?
I love the community vibe that the Burleigh studio brings, I have had the pleasure of meeting a lot of great people I now call mates here.
* How long have you been training at F45 Burleigh?
Haha since F45 Burleigh started I found it on Groupon back in the day and have been coming and going ever since.
* Which coach scares you the most (in a good way)? 😅
I think Ricky would be on top of most people’s list for this question MAXIMUM POWER!
* What’s your occupation?
I am an Security technician and have my own business in Electronic security systems
* Ultimate Post training meal?
I usually go for a protein shake and a banana nothing to exciting
* Favourite music to train to?
Has to be techno, drum n bass, anything with a good beat keeps me going. You may hear the odd “woop woop” mid sesh if it’s a banger
* What’s one lesson F45 has taught you?
Have fun with the workouts
* What’s your favorite f45 class and why?
Old skool Romans is always my favorite, good timing which allows you to try and lift heavy.
* Bike erg, Ski erg and the Rower.. Marry one, Kill one, use one?
Marry the sky erg, Kill the bike erg and Use the Rower
* What F45 exercise should NOT be done naked?
Frog squats!
* What would your superpower be?
Ahh probably to make people laugh.
* Who would you like to be stuck in a jail cell with?
I do this everyday with you lot!
