So much has happened since last Mother’s Day, main thing is you are now a mother of two, and they are so lucky to have such a loving, caring and amazing mum like you! They love you so much and so do I! You have already given Olive and Eddie so much of you and your love!

A massive Happy Mother’s Day to all the Mums and Nan’s out there today! Especially tho to my wife, and lil Olives mum!
Words cannot describe how amazing of a mother you have been so far, early last year you took on one of the hardest jobs in the world and you are absolutely nailing it!
In Olive and my eyes you are the best mum out there!
Olive wanted me to translate this for to you:
Mumma, thanks for the kisses and cuddles, thank you for midnight feeds, and early wake-up’s, thanks you for our adventures, my bath times and night time walks, thank you for teaching me new things, thank you for everything and more, thank you for being my mum.

➡️ Use the 80/20 rule with your nutrition 🥗🍴
What does this actually mean? It means that 80% of your week's food choices are all clean and healthy, leaving the other 20% of your weekly meals to be a little bit of a treat.
➡️ Mix it up!
Mix up your training routine.
Do some indoors, some outdoors, join a group class, do a solo session, change it up and see the difference it makes.
➡️ Book it in 📆
Schedule your training sessions, but also schedule yourself time for YOU, and time to be social.
All work and no play is just not a healthy balance physically or mentally.
It is really possible to make your health and fitness journey FUN and FUNCTIONAL 🧡
