First day off on my long holidays. 10km Walk/Run intervals 922kcals burned and then a steady walk back to the car. Another 11km and 955kcals burned. I can have a feast tonight and I’m still in a cal deficit. Why don’t I feel hungry? 🤫🧐

The a little bit other workout today. Core & Cardio. When have you last dedicated a complete core and cardio workout to a session? Try to get core and cardio in at least once a week. This will shred your excess layers off even faster if you work hard. Hence why not training in Tabata/HiiT style?

High Volume Muscle Building day. Incredible that I have lifted over 11,000kg of weight working a 60mim workout session. It felt hard but i was surprised when I did the calculations. It’s important to make sure on days like this that the nutrition is right too. Try to get as closed as possible to your macros. Muscle need energy and they access this through the food you put into your body, and if you’re on a deficit then it also accesses the stored body fat. Yes, you read it right, strength training can help burn body fat! Want to get your numbers right? I highly recommend you contact Ronaldo from and get an Evolt body scan done.
