Then into unilateral work and accessories
before wrapping it up with a spicy finisher.
The members have committed to a 6 week block.
Deload weeks are essential at this point allowing adaptation to occur and giving the central nervous system a chance to reset.
You don’t get stronger just from training hard.
You get stronger from recovering properly.
